In Saturday's league contest, the host St. Raphael Academy Saints ice hockey team scored a close 4-1 victory over the Rogers Vikings.

The Saints (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Lions go into the Division 2 contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Lincoln by South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI), 4-2, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings play the Burrillville Broncos (Harrisville, RI) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 21. Rogers will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Broncos go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 6-0 league loss to Prout (Wakefield, RI).
