With the triumph, Hoover moves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Tornados host El Rancho (Pico Rivera, CA) to meet the Dons in a non-league test on Friday, January 3. The Dons come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Bulldogs now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Canada for a non-league test on Thursday, December 19. Burbank will meet a Spartans team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
