The Hobgood Charter Raiders basketball team (Hobgood, NC), was overwhelmed 105-65 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host New Life Christian Academy Warriors (Rocky Mount, NC)
The Warriors now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calvary Christian for a NCCSA A District 3 battle on Friday, December 17. New Life Christian Academy will confront a Cougar team coming off a 66-47 non-league win over Southview Christian (Statesville, NC). The Cougar record now stands at 5-5.
The Raiders (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Northeast Academy (Lasker, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 0-8 record.
