Arts Jaguars (Newark, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting West Side Roughriders (Newark, NJ), 79-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Arts upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Jaguars travel to East Side (Newark, NJ) to play the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 1-0. East Side won 55-44 in their recent non-league bout against East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ)

Next up, the Roughriders play the Immaculate Conception Blue Wolves (Lodi, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 17. West Side will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
