The Heritage Pride basketball team (Leesburg, VA), dropped 54-36 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA)

The Spartans now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Herndon for a non-league battle on Monday, December 19. Broad Run will battle a Hornets team coming off a 62-34 league loss to Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-6.

The Pride (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Millbrook (Winchester, VA). The Pioneers come into the non-league battle with a 3-4 record.
