The Dover Senators basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Cape Henlopen Vikings to 57 in the Senators league triumph on Thursday.
The Senators now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Caesar Rodney for a Henlopen - Northern contest on Saturday, December 17. Dover will meet a Riders team coming off a 83-67 non-league loss to Milford (Milford, DE). The Riders record now stands at 0-2.
The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE). The Riders enter the Henlopen - Northern contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Caesar Rodney was outscored by Dover (Dover, DE), 70-58, in a league contest.
