Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Charles Henderson Trojans (Troy, AL) and the host Pike Road Patriots (Pike Road, AL), saw Charles Henderson's basketball squad wallop Pike Road by a tally of 96-73.

With the victory, Charles Henderson improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Trojans host Pike County (Brundidge, AL) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Saturday, December 17. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 1-4. Pike County lost 67-55 in their recent non-league outing against Abbeville (Abbeville, AL)

The Patriots now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lanier for a non-league outing on Friday, December 16. Pike Road will encounter a Poets squad coming off a 48-40 non-league win over Calhoun (Letohatchee, AL). The Poets record now stands at 8-5.
