In Thursday's league outing, the Oscar Smith Tigers (Chesapeake, VA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA), by a margin of 72-43.

The Tigers (4-0) will now prepare for their outing against Hampton (Hampton, VA). The Crabbers go into the non-league outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Hampton smashed Phoebus (Hampton, VA), 53-52, in a league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Cox for a non-league outing on Monday, December 19. Great Bridge will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 57-52 league win over Tallwood (Virginia Beach, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-1.
