Kentucky High School Basketball - Mayfield fells Hickman County

December 15, 2022: Clinton, KY 42031

Mayfield Cardinals (Mayfield, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Hickman County Falcons (Clinton, KY), 66-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mayfield upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Cardinals host Marshall County (Benton, KY) to clash with the Marshals in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Marshals go into the bout with a record of 6-0.

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Fulton County Pilots (Hickman, KY) in a District 1 bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Hickman County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record.
