Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting San Fernando Tigers (San Fernando, CA), 71-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Kennedy upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Cougars travel to Reseda (Reseda, CA) to clash with the Regents in a Valley Mission bout on Friday, December 16. The Regents go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Reseda lost 50-45 in their recent league bout against Panorama (Panorama City, CA)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 19. San Fernando will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Parrots go into the bout with a 2-8 record after their 63-60 non-league win over St. Genevieve (Panorama City, CA).
