With the victory, Whitley County improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Colonels host Tri-Cities Christian (Blountville, TN) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 17. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 9-5.

Next up, the Panthers confront the South Laurel Cardinals (London, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Knox Central will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
