The Notre Dame Fighting Irish basketball team (Chattanooga, TN), was nudged 51-48 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Walker Valley Mustangs (Cleveland, TN)
The Mustangs now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maryville for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 20.
The Fighting Irish (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Chattanooga Christian (Chattanooga, TN). The Chargers come into the non-league battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Chattanooga Christian edged Chattanooga Central (Harrison, TN), 80-55, in a non-league battle.
