The Pineville Mountain Lions basketball team scored 83 points and held the visiting Red Bird Cardinals to 33 in the Mountain Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mountain Lions now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Ridge for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Pineville will meet a Warriors team coming off a 78-57 league loss to Pikeville (Pikeville, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 4-4.
