In Thursday's non-league outing, the The First Academy Royals (Orlando, FL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Cornerstone Charter Academy Ducks (Belle Isle, FL), by a count of 58-37.

The Royals (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Foundation Academy (Winter Garden, FL). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 5-6 record. In their last outing, Foundation Academy smashed Pine Ridge (Deltona, FL), 53-21, in a non-league outing.

The Ducks now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Dora Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Friday, January 6.
