The Whitewater Whippets basketball team scored 26 points and held the visiting Edgerton Crimson Tide to 10 in the Whippets league triumph on Thursday.
The Whippets now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brodhead for a Rock Valley contest on Tuesday, December 20. Whitewater will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 59-44 league win over East Troy (East Troy, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-2.
The Crimson Tide (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Jefferson (Jefferson, WI). The Eagles enter the Rock Valley game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Jefferson knocked off Turner (Beloit, WI), 64-51, in a league game.
