Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Daniel Lions (Central, SC) and the visiting Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC), saw Daniel's basketball squad overcome Palmetto by a tally of 41-26.

With the victory, Daniel improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Powdersville (Greenville, SC) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 19. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 1-3.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Southside Tigers (Greenville, SC) in a challenge, on Friday, January 6. Palmetto will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record.
