The Sanger Apaches (Sanger, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Edison Tigers (Fresno, CA), 56-53 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Apaches (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Central Valley Christian (Visalia, CA). The Cavaliers go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Central Valley Christian got by Hoover (Fresno, CA), 55-19, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now own a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Kingsburg for a non-league test on Friday, December 16.
