The First Flight Nighthawks basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host Manteo Redskins to 42 in the Nighthawks non-league victory on Thursday.

The Nighthawks now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Camden County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. First Flight will battle a Bruins team coming off a 50-39 league loss to Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Bruins record now stands at 1-4.

The Redskins (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 4-3 record.
