The Arp Tigers (Arp, TX) basketball crushed the host Cayuga Wildcats (Cayuga, TX), 71-45 in Friday's non-league test.

The Tigers (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Waskom (Waskom, TX). The Wildcats go into the 3A Region II District 16 test with a 6-9 record. In their last test, Waskom was trounced by Atlanta (Atlanta, TX), 87-35, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Rio Vista for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. Cayuga will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 38-30 non-league win over Scurry-Rosser (Scurry, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 7-8.
