In Friday's non-league outing, the Athens Christian Eagles (Athens, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Oconee County Warriors (Watkinsville, GA), by a margin of 62-35.
The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Stephens County (Toccoa, GA). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 4-3 record.
The Warriors now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson County for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 16. Oconee County will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 68-60 non-league win over Franklin County (Carnesville, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-5.
