The West Lincoln Rebels basketball team (Lincolnton, NC), was overwhelmed 78-47 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC)

The Trojans now possess a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stuart W. Cramer for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27.

The Rebels (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Maiden (Maiden, NC). The Blue Devils come into the 2A Catawba Valley battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Maiden trounced East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC), 67-62, in a league battle.
