The Bettendorf Bulldogs basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Davenport Central Blue Devils to 35 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sterling for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Bettendorf will battle a Golden Warriors team coming off a 77-35 league win over Alleman (Rock Island, IL). The Golden Warriors record now stands at 7-2.
The Blue Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Alleman (Rock Island, IL). The Pioneers enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Alleman was defeated by Sterling (Sterling, IL), 77-35, in a league contest.
