The Bonny Eagle Scots basketball team (Standish, ME), dropped 69-58 in Friday's league battle with the host Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME)
The Trojans now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cheverus for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19. Thornton Academy will battle a Stags team coming off a 74-36 league win over Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME). The Stags record now stands at 4-0.
The Scots (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Scarborough (Scarborough, ME). The Red Storm come into the AA South battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Scarborough prevailed over South Portland (South Portland, ME), 55-52, in a league battle.
