Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA), 74-54 in a league bout.

With the win, Crescenta Valley upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Falcons travel to Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Santa Monica won 57-52 in their recent non-league bout against Agoura (Agoura, CA)

Next up, the Bears clash with the Hoover Tornados (Glendale, CA) in a Pacific bout, on Thursday, December 21. Burroughs will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record.
