Cape Fear Christian Academy Eagles (Erwin, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cresset Christian Academy Eagles (Durham, NC), 81-22 in a league bout.

With the win, Cape Fear Christian Academy upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Freedom Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to clash with the in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 23. The go into the bout with a record of 7-8.

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Bradford Academy Archers (Mebane, NC) in a NCISAA Mid-Carolina bout, on Friday, January 5. Cresset Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record.
