The Elizabethtown Panthers basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting John Hardin Bulldogs to 56 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Knox for a District 17 contest on Monday, December 18. Elizabethtown will battle a Eagles team coming off a 63-39 non-league loss to McLean County (Calhoun, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 2-6.
The Bulldogs (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Campbellsville triumphed over Somerset Christian (Somerset, KY), 97-65, in a non-league contest.
