The Emmanuel Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the host Yellow Springs Bulldogs to 36 in the Lions league victory on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeastern Local for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Emmanuel Christian Academy will battle a Trojans team coming off a 66-47 league win over Greenon (Springfield, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 2-2.

The Bulldogs (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Miami Valley (Dayton, OH). The Rams come into the Metro Buckeye contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Miami Valley edged Middletown Christian (Franklin, OH), 65-38, in a league contest.
