The South O'Brien Wolverines basketball team scored 63 points and held the host George-Little Rock Mustangs to 58 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wolverines now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sheldon for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. South O'Brien will meet a Orabs team coming off a 73-39 league loss to Unity Christian (Orange City, IA). The Orabs record now stands at 1-5.

The Mustangs (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn (Hartley, IA). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn was nudged by Gehlen Catholic (Le Mars, IA), 74-34, in a league contest.
