Virginia High School Basketball - Western Albemarle trounces Goochland

The Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) basketball crushed the host Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA), 67-31 in Friday's league test.
The Warriors (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Amherst County (Amherst, VA). The Lancers go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Amherst County was trounced by Heritage (Lynchburg, VA), 61-53, in a league outing.
The Bulldogs now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Parry McCluer for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 16. Goochland will clash with a Fighting Blues squad coming off a 59-27 league win over Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA). The Fighting Blues record now stands at 3-3.
