The Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI) basketball knocked off the visiting Roseville Panthers (Roseville, MI), 59-50 in Friday's league test.
The Blue Devils (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI). The Big Reds go into the Macomb Area - Red test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Chippewa Valley went down by Dakota (Macomb, MI), 55-52, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to L'Anse Creuse North for a Macomb Area - Red test on Tuesday, December 19. Roseville will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 49-38 league win over Sterling Heights Stevenson (Sterling Heights, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-1.
