Rustburg Red Devils (Rustburg, VA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA), 64-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Rustburg upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Red Devils host Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Seminole bout on Thursday, December 21. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 16. Liberty Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Green Waves go into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 82-54 league win over Craig County (New Castle, VA).
