Ohio High School Basketball - Waterloo can't hold off Lowellville

The Lowellville Rockets basketball team scored 32 points and held the visiting Waterloo Vikings to 29 in the Rockets league triumph on Friday.
The Rockets now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springfield for a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet contest on Tuesday, December 19. Lowellville will battle a Tigers team coming off a 48-34 league win over Western Reserve (Berlin Center, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.
The Vikings (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH). The Rams enter the Mahoning Valley - Scarlet contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Mineral Ridge was nudged by McDonald (McDonald, OH), 61-53, in a league contest.
