Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Purchase Line ripped by Marion Center

December 15, 2023: Commodore, PA 15729

In Friday's league match, the visiting Marion Center Stingers basketball team scored a decisive 52-21 triumph over the Purchase Line Red Dragons.

In their next game, the Stingers meet the Harmony Area Owls (Westover, PA) in a non-league match, on Monday, December 18. Marion Center will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Owls enter the match with a 2-5 record after their 63-50 non-league win over Glendale (Flinton, PA).

With the defeat, Purchase Line moves to 0-7 on the year. The Red dragons travel to Penns Manor (Clymer, PA) to meet the Comets in a Heritage match on Tuesday, December 19. The Comets enter the match with a record of 2-4.
