The Palatka Panthers basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Menendez Falcons to 47 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Snyder for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Palatka will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 65-62 non-league loss to Bishop Kenny (Jacksonville, FL). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-7.
The Falcons (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Flagler Palm Coast (Palm Coast, FL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Flagler Palm Coast ran past Crescent City (Crescent City, FL), 57-35, in a non-league contest.
