Michigan High School Basketball - Walled Lake Central fells Mott

December 15, 2023: Waterford, MI 48328

Walled Lake Central Vikings (Walled Lake, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Mott Corsairs (Waterford, MI), 57-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Walled Lake Central upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to Lake Fenton (Linden, MI) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Lake Fenton won 56-53 in their recent league bout against Corunna (Corunna, MI)

Next up, the Corsairs play the Western International Cowboys (Detroit, MI) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, December 17. Mott will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Cowboys go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 69-56 league loss to Renaissance (Detroit, MI).
