The Stuarts Draft Cougars (Stuarts Draft, VA) basketball felled the visiting Mountain View Generals (Quicksburg, VA), 40-30 in Friday's non-league test.

The Cougars (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Riverheads (Staunton, VA). The Gladiators go into the Shenandoah test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Riverheads went down by Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA), 47-44, in a non-league test.
