Reservoir 'Gators (Fulton, MD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Oakland Mills Scorpions (Columbia, MD), 42-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Reservoir upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The 'Gators travel to Hammond (Columbia, MD) to clash with the Golden Bears in a Howard County bout on Friday, January 5. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 2-2.

Next up, the Scorpions clash with the Lansdowne Vikings (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Oakland Mills will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 73-40 non-league win over Carver A&T (Towson, MD).
