The Wetumpka Indians basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Saint James Trojans to 37 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Benjamin Russell for a non-league contest on Monday, December 18. Wetumpka will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 66-60 non-league win over Central of Coosa County (Rockford, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.
The Trojans (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Montgomery Catholic (Montgomery, AL). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Montgomery Catholic was routed by Trinity Presbyterian (Montgomery, AL), 56-51, in a non-league contest.
