The Saint Mary's Panthers (Albany, CA) basketball nipped the visiting De Anza Dons (El Sobrante, CA), 1-0 in Friday's league test.
The Panthers (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Las Lomas was tipped by Acalanes (Lafayette, CA), 74-50, in a league test.
The Dons now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to San Lorenzo for a non-league test on Monday, January 15.
