New York High School Basketball - Academy of the Holy Names trounces Ichabod Crane

The Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY) basketball crushed the visiting Ichabod Crane Riders (Valatie, NY), 54-26 in Friday's league test.
The (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Schalmont (Schenectady, NY). The Sabres go into the Section 2 Colonial test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Schalmont was trounced by Catholic Central (Troy, NY), 60-23, in a league test.
The Riders now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Albany Academy for Girls for a Section 2 Colonial test on Tuesday, December 19. Ichabod Crane will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 86-37 league win over Mohonasen (Schenectady, NY). The Bears record now stands at 3-1.
