The Atchison County Tigers basketball team scored 69 points and held the host McLouth Bulldogs to 32 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Horton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Atchison County will battle a Chargers team coming off a 49-44 league win over Jackson Heights (Holton, KS). The Chargers record now stands at 2-3.

The Bulldogs (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson County North (Winchester, KS). The Chargers enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Jefferson County North triumphed over Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, KS), 55-46, in a non-league contest.
