Bordentown Scotties (Bordentown, NJ) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Moorestown Friends Foxes (Moorestown, NJ), 35-20 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Bordentown upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Scotties host Florence Township Memorial (Florence, NJ) to play the Flashes in a non-league bout on Monday, January 8. The Flashes come into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Foxes play the New Egypt Warriors (New Egypt, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Moorestown Friends will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 34-19 league loss to Maple Shade (Maple Shade, NJ).
