The Borger Bulldogs basketball team (Borger, TX), was nudged 38-34 in Friday's league battle with the host Hereford Whitefaces (Hereford, TX)

The Whitefaces now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pampa for a 4A Region I District 4 battle on Tuesday, December 19. Hereford will confront a Harvesters team coming off a 61-50 league loss to Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Harvesters record now stands at 10-5.

The Bulldogs (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Estacado (Lubbock, TX). The Matadors come into the non-league battle with a 8-9 record. In their last battle, Estacado was nudged by Abernathy (Abernathy, TX), 46-42, in a non-league battle.
