The Boyd Broncos basketball team (McKinney, TX), was overwhelmed 71-42 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Prosper Eagles (Prosper, TX)
The Eagles now possess a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Little Elm for a 6A Region I District 5 battle on Tuesday, December 19. Prosper will confront a Lobos team coming off a 67-56 league win over Guyer (Denton, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 19-4.
The Broncos (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Allen (Allen, TX). The Eagles come into the 6A Region I District 5 battle with a 15-3 record. In their last battle, Allen trounced Braswell (Little Elm, TX), 37-33, in a league battle.
