Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC), 71-20 in a league bout.

With the victory, Chambers upgrades its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Rabun County (Tiger, GA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 5-3.

Next up, the Rams play the Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Harding University will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 49-31 non-league loss to Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC).
