The Chapel Hill Red Devils (Mount Pleasant, TX) basketball crushed the host Quitman Bulldogs (Quitman, TX), 56-30 in Friday's league test.

The Red Devils (10-8) will now prepare for their test against Harmony (Big Sandy, TX). The Eagles go into the 3A Region II District 13 test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, Harmony was trounced by Mineola (Mineola, TX), 37-21, in a league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Sulphur Springs for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. Quitman will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 57-34 non-league win over Rivercrest (Bogata, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 17-7.
