The Reardan Screaming Eagles (Reardan, WA) basketball felled the visiting Chewelah Cougars (Chewelah, WA), 39-21 in Friday's league test.
The Screaming Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Brewster (Brewster, WA). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Brewster thwarted Quincy (Quincy, WA), 67-25, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Tonasket for a non-league test on Thursday, December 21. Chewelah will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 61-40 non-league loss to Warden (Warden, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-2.
