Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Community Christian Warriors (Paducah, KY) and the visiting Dawson Springs Panthers (Dawson Springs, KY), saw Community Christian's basketball squad knock off Dawson Springs by a tally of 41-22.

With the victory, Community Christian improves its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Warriors host Pope County (Golconda, IL) to play the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 13-0. Pope County won 68-37 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Mary (Paducah, KY)

Next up, the Panthers play the Fulton City Bulldogs (Fulton, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Dawson Springs will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
