In Friday's non-league outing, the Crow Creek Chieftains (Stephan, SD) basketball squad nipped the host Dupree Tigers (Dupree, SD), by a margin of 51-48.
The Chieftains (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Omaha Nation (Macy, NE). The Chiefs go into the non-league outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Omaha Nation got by Lower Brule (Lower Brule, SD), 73-64, in a non-league outing.
