The Indio Rajahs basketball squad scored 20 points and limited the host Desert Mirage RAMS to 12 in the Rajahs league win on Friday.

With the win, Indio upgrades its record to 1-7 on the season. The Rajahs travel to Banning (Banning, CA) to play the Broncos in a Desert Valley bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Banning lost 65-38 in their recent league bout against Yucca Valley (Yucca Valley, CA)

Next up, the RAMS play the Holtville Vikings (Holtville, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Desert Mirage will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 28-24 non-league loss to Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA).
